Colin Day, president and CEO of iCIMS, has dedicated his career to helping organizations streamline their recruiting and HR operations through the use of technology. Under his leadership, iCIMS has become one of the largest and most profitable talent management technology providers in the industry. Prior to founding the company in 1999 at just 23 years of age, Day worked in sales and new business development at Comrise Technology. In this role at iCIMS’ sister company, he was responsible for opening and growing branch offices. Previous to this, Day spent three years in recruiting and staffing.
Day has contributed to numerous publications, including Information Week, Talent Economy, Employment Marketplace and Human Capital Magazine. Named one of NJBiz’s "40 Under 40" and an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year, Day is winner of an American Business Award for his Corporate Responsibility Program. He continues to work tirelessly to generate industry awareness about the benefits of HR technology, educating HR professionals on how best to evaluate recruiting technology and lay the groundwork for the next-generation of workforce management solutions.
