'How a Performance-Driven Culture Delivers Results'
Washington, D.C. - October 29, 2008 - The Human Capital Institute (HCI), a global professional association and think tank that is advancing the science of strategic talent management, and Halogen Software, a leading provider of web-based employee performance and talent management software, will present a live HCI Innovation Tour on the performance-driven workforce culture on November 20, 2008 in Washington, D.C.
HCI's Innovation Tour, How a Performance-Driven Culture Delivers Results, will focus on how the best, most innovative companies incorporate high performance as an integral part of organizational culture. The event will take place on Thurs., Nov. 20, from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Cafritz Conference Center, The George Washington University, 800 21st St. NW, Suite 204, Washington, D.C.
The networking and breakfast event will include discussions of performance-driven culture topics, including:
