Patersons offers its global standard HR software free to organizations that purchase its international payroll management solution. This free offering has been expanded to include ESS.
With the ESS features, employees can view and update personal details, book leave and view payslips online from any PC via the Employee Portal. Clients have an option to purchase Manager Self Service (MSS) to activate online approval of requests and extend the functionality in a highly configurable meta environment.
