Partners Plug Into Taleo's Talent Grid; Wide Ranging Content and Services Will Be Available to Taleo Customers
CHICAGO, IL, Oct 15, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX News Network) -- HR Tech Expo -- Taleo Corporation (NASDAQ: TLEO), the leading provider of on-demand talent management solutions, today announced that it is expanding its community of partners and is lining up increased support of its Solutions Exchange. Solutions Exchange will be the Talent Management industry's broadest collection of content, service, and solutions providers for helping companies find, attract, screen, employ, engage and compensate their most valuable assets, their employee talent. The Solutions Exchange will be the first of three dynamic communities Taleo recently announced as part of its Cloud Computing strategy -- the Talent Grid -- to foster a robust, interactive Talent Management community. The other two exchanges, Talent Exchange and Knowledge Exchange, will be initiated within the next year.
The Solutions Exchange will be comprised of a core set of over 50 existing partners, across six main categories supporting talent management: Assessments & Surveys, Background and Reference Checking, Consulting and Content, HRO & RPO, Sourcing and Tax Credit Screening and Processing. The Solutions Exchange was established to provide customers with "one click" access to a broad set of services and content to so that they can configure their unique talent acquisition and performance management processes as needed.
Partners in the Solution Exchange will use Taleo's Passport integration foundation to make their products easily available to customers.
