Kelly Quirk, recently joined Randstad Corporate & Managed Services as managing director. With more than 15 years' experience in the staffing and HR outsourcing industry, Kelly has responsibility for the strategic direction of Randstad, including recruiting and overseeing a team of senior directors.
Prior to joining the company, she held a directorship at one of the world’s leading specialist staffing companies, heading up its corporate accounts and candidate attraction teams for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. She has experience in managing the design, implementation and ongoing delivery of large, high-volume, cross-border recruitment and RPO services for employers in the private and public sectors. Additionally, she has been responsible for creating and managing digital and traditional media campaigns on behalf of employers.
Her role includes advising clients at board level on strategic HR issues, for which Kelly draws on deep experience in providing innovative, workable solutions for streamlining recruitment and employment-related services, especially for organizations undergoing transformation as a result of mergers or restructuring, or driving major efficiency and cost-reduction initiatives.
