Lori Fenstermaker, TMT Industry Who's Who

TMT welcomes Lori Fenstermaker, founder of AutoSearch, to the TMT Industry Who's Who. A regular contributor toThe Fordyce Letter, a publication of ERE -- she writes "Technologize," Fordyce's technology column -- Fenstermaker launched AutoSearch after taking a class on how to use the Internet to find job candidates; she found herself spending more time writing complex search strings than calling candidates. Soon thereafter, she enlisted a software company to build an Internet search tool to make Internet research not only easy for anyone to do, but also powerful enough to make even the best Internet search experts more efficient.

With over 13 years of experience in the staffing and recruitment industry, Fenstermaker has been recognized as a top producer and served as an account executive in multi-million dollar software implementations. She is founder and principal of Automatic LLC, a boutique talent acquisition firm dedicated to helping corporate recruiters, HR departments, and 3rd party agencies identify and attract the best talent. Earlier in her career, Fenstermaker held strategic recruiting and sales positions at Whittman-Hart,William Charles and Robert Half International.
