Sue Marks, TMT Industry Who's Who

Sue Marks is founder and CEO of Pinstripe, Inc., a privately-held, venture-backed HR andRecruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) firm serving large- and middle-market domestic clients, as well as the Global 5000. She works tirelessly to ensure the fulfillment of the company's mission to help Pinstripe's clients win the war for talent so they can win in the markets they serve. A pioneer in it, Marks is widely recognized as one of the key founders ofRPO. She sits on several profit and not-for-profit boards, including Competitive Wisconsin, Inc.; the Young President's Organization, Marquette University's Center for Entrepreneurship and Golden Angel Network; the Milwaukee Public Museum, the HR Outsourcing Association (HROA); and the RPO Alliance.

Named an HR Outsourcing Superstar by the industry's prominent trade magazine four years consecutively, Marks has also been recognized as Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year in the service business category. As well, she is the winner of the Marquette University College of Business Administration's Alumni Award for Entrepreneurship and a three-time winner of both the Working Woman 500 designation and the Future 50 of Wisconsin.

Marks frequently speaks at leading industry conferences and is the recipient of numerous business accolades. She earned her Bachelor of Science in business administration from Marquette University and is an annual participant and study group leader in YPO's prestigious executive education program at Harvard Business School. Marks travels for work domestically and abroad, but home is Milwaukee, Wis., where she resides with her husband Charlie, and their three children.
